Finland: Delivery time is 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.
Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: Delivery time is 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.
Rest of the European Union: Delivery time is 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

What do I do if a product arrived damaged?
Oh no, we're so sorry! Please contact us immediately at info@mivvon.com, however within 14 days at the latest. If there is a defect in the product, we will replace it with a new product, repair or refund, depending on the situation. Send us a photo to info@mivvon.com and your order number.
What is the warranty or liability for defects of the products?
All our products are covered by a defect liability in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If there is a manufacturing or material defect in a product, you can contact us. For the first 6 months, the defect is presumed to have existed in the product at the time of purchase. Please note that jewelry is a delicate product and over time normal wear and tear may occur, which is not a defect. Tarnishing occurs when jewelry comes into contact with chemicals like perfumes, soaps, and hair products.
